About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of ByoliBour (ब्यौली बौर), including its website, account, application and member features (the “Service”). ByoliBour is the product and website name. The Service is currently operated by Akshat Rawat, Founder, as an individual from Balawala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India; no separate company is represented as the operator. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Akshat Rawat as the individual operator.

Accepting the terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use member features. If you submit information for another adult, you confirm that the person has given you permission and that you have made these terms and the Privacy Policy available to them.

What the Service does

ब्यौली बौर is a community-focused place for thoughtful matrimonial introductions among Rongpa individuals and families. Members may submit an application, have it reviewed, view eligible profiles, express interest and request contact. The Service is free to use and does not currently offer subscriptions, paid features or payment checkout.

An application review is a community review of the information submitted. It is not independent identity, education, employment, marital-status, background or safety verification. We do not guarantee that profile information is accurate, that a member will respond, that an introduction will occur, or that anyone will find a partner or marry through the Service.

Eligibility and family participation

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and every person whose profile is submitted must also be at least 18. A family member may submit an adult relative’s profile only with that person’s permission. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You may not impersonate another person or make decisions for them without authority.

Accounts and account security

Keep your sign-in details secure, provide a current email address, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law says otherwise. Request account deletion from account settings. Your profile is hidden immediately, and you may cancel the request within 15 days. After the recovery period, the operator manually finalizes permanent deletion of the account, profile, related member data and profile photos; completion may take additional time because this step is manual. We may suspend access where needed to protect members, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these terms, and will provide an explanation where appropriate and lawful.

Profiles, photos and member information

You are responsible for information you submit and must have the rights and permission needed to share it. Do not upload another person’s photograph or private information without their permission. Keep your profile reasonably accurate and update or remove information that is no longer correct.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, format and display that content only as needed to operate, review and protect the Service, consistent with your settings and the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for limited copies retained in backups, safety records or as required by law.

Profiles are intended to be visible only to the audience described in the Service. A member’s phone number and email are shared with a requester only after the owner approves that specific request. Do not copy, scrape, publish or use another member’s profile or contact details outside the Service without permission.

Respectful and permitted use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, stalk, impersonate, defraud or exploit another person, or pressure anyone to share contact details or continue an interaction.
• Submit false, misleading, unlawful or non-consensual information, or use the Service to solicit money, spam members, promote unrelated services or collect personal information.
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, infringing, malicious or otherwise unsafe.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the site, interfere with its security or use another member’s account.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Reports, blocks and safety

Use the report and block features to tell us about suspected misuse or safety concerns. We may review reports, request relevant information, restrict profiles, remove content or suspend accounts. We cannot guarantee that we will detect every harmful act or independently verify every report, and we are not responsible for members’ conduct away from the Service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Grievances may be sent to the Grievance Officer using the contact details below; we will acknowledge them within 24 hours and resolve them within seven days, subject to any different legal requirement applying to a particular complaint.

Free service

The Service is free to use at present. There is no subscription, paid feature or payment checkout. If paid features are introduced later, we will provide the feature description, price and applicable terms before checkout, and you will not be charged unless you choose to complete a purchase.

Our name and site materials

The Service, including its name, branding, software and original site materials, is owned by the operator or licensed to the operator and protected by applicable law. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by these terms. Do not copy, resell or misrepresent these materials without written permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and safe, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. If the Service changes materially, we will provide notice where appropriate and required by law.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without a promise that it will produce a particular introduction or outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any final limitation-of-liability language remains subject to the mandatory laws that apply to the operator and each user.

Complaints and governing law

The Service is operated from Balawala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms removes any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms when the Service or applicable law changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and provide notice of material changes through the Service or by email where appropriate. A material change will not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
